General home health care, accreditation, department design, marketing and diabetes profitability consulting:
$1500/day plus travel expenses
If two or more stores within 200 miles of each other schedule visits on concurrent days, expenses will be divided equally, and a 10% discount will be applied to the consulting fee for each store
Payment of anticipated expenses and 50% of fees are due when services are scheduled. Final invoice will include exact expense cost with receipts.
